Objectives:
- Equip young innovators with hands-on skills in building AI agents using no-code platforms.
- Explore real-world use cases of AI agents in sectors like healthcare, customer service, education, and productivity.
- Encourage collaboration, ideation, and prototype development in a short time frame.
- Introduce practical tools like Google AI Studio, Flutter, Firebase, and Vertex AI.
About the Session:
Artificial Intelligence is fast evolving and becoming a tool for everyday productivity. However, a large number of young innovators and developers still lack the technical capacity or infrastructure to build intelligent systems at scale. No-code development tools and AI agents now offer the chance for broader participation in AI creation, especially among African youth.
The Youth in AI Series aims to bridge that gap by spotlighting relevant themes in emerging technologies and guiding young people in Africa on how to practically apply AI to real-world problems. This edition will take place at the Google Research Office in Accra and focuses on empowering youth to build functional, impactful AI solutions using no-code tools.
